COMPANY PROFILE

medlink-team-019Medlink is a New Zealand based company located on the North Island, and is locally owned and operated.

As Owner and Director of Medlink for the past 10 years, Kathleen oversees the placement of all candidates into New Zealand.  Kathleen has 20 years experience in health, health recruitment and service establishment.   

Kathleen has also completed and had roles as a Health Care Standards Auditor, presenter of a newly developed programme at the national Best Practice Conference and was a co-developer of a national programme for the care of children and adolescents' respite care.

Kathleen has lived in several different towns and cities in New Zealand and has also travelled NZ extensively giving her a wide knowledge of New Zealand regions. 

Kathleen is now living in Wanganui with her partner and enjoys travelling, skiing, scuba diving and other outdoor pursuits. 

 

 

Justine Williams – Associate Consultant

justine_head_shot.jpgAs an Associate Consultant, Justine is here to help guide you through every step of the process in your move to New Zealand. Justine has a particularly good understanding of the New Zealand Healthcare System having worked in the industry for the last 15 years, specialising in medical recruitment in the last 4 years. Justine is able to impart her knowledge to secure you a position in a location that will suit your employment experience and lifestyle choices.

Justine has travelled the world extensively spending seven years on her ‘OE’ (overseas experience) so she will be able to empathise with the choices that you are faced with when making a move from your home country. Justine’s combined experience of healthcare, travelling and being a ‘Kiwi’ will ensure that you are capable hands on your journey Down Under.

Justine now lives on the North Island with her husband and daughter.

 

Pauline Groves – Associate Consultant

pauline_head_shot.jpgPauline is also an Associate Consultant here to help candidates secure their ideal job and discover New Zealand.

Pauline’s background is in business, the international tertiary education sector and international recruitment. She has extensive experience of registration and immigration procedures and requirements so will be able to impart her knowledge onto candidates. She is also a qualified Career Counsellor.

Pauline lives on the west coast of the North Island with her husband.

 

Rachel Chapman - Marketing Consultant

Rachel is our marketing expert helping us out on marketing projects.   Being English, her extensive marketing knowledge is mainly in the UK working for a number of bluechip companies including Best Western Hotels GB, Cadbury Schweppes and Premier Foods.  Rachel's last role in the UK allowed her to pursue her passion for the arts as Head of Marketing for York Theatre Royal.

Rachel has travelled the world extensively. She spent her first three months in New Zealand getting to know the country both as a tourist and as a volunteer for the Department of Conservation.    

 

Lily Laird - PA to Director, Administration and Reasearch

lily_head_shot.jpgLily has been involved with Medlink since 2004 in various administration positions and has been working in her current role since January 2008. Lily is passionate about New Zealand, having lived in Wanganui, Palmerston North, Hawkes Bay and Mauriceville, also spending much of her time in Masterton and Wellington, Lily has also travelled to many parts of the North and South Island, giving her wider knowledge of our beautiful Aotearoa.

Lily is now living in Wanganui with her husband and daughter.
